As an author of training programs and articles about cultural differences in business, she carries out projects working mainly with Nordic countries, West Europe and Asia. Having graduated from the Law and Administration Faculty at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, she also obtained the Professional Diploma in Marketing at The Chartered Institute of Marketing in Great Britain. She has been a consultant and coach in the field of cross-cultural management, intercultural communication and international human resource management (IHRM) for the last 9 years; she is also a lecturer at the National Louis University in Nowy Sącz and the University of Social Science and Humanities in Warsaw. She has a license of IAP Intercultural Awareness Profiler Trompenaars Humpden Turner.
